Loess Hills Monster 10-K/5-K - Test yourself or just have fun with the challenging, unique Monster 10-K/5-K run or walk in the scenic Loess Hills only 25 minutes SE of Omaha.  Enjoy hills, parks, beautiful scenery, picturesque buildings, and the “Monster” hill (10-K only) along a blend of off-road trails and improved surface paths.

Plus, road bike ride (two to choose from) – 4-mile family-friendly and a 26-mile not-as-friendly ride with hills and water/snacks

Proceeds will support new Mills County activities (youth, sports, family, health/fitness, missions), YMCA’s Strong Kids (scholarships for families who can’t afford membership), and Glenwood Schools Science programs.  Registration info below.
